Live to invest. Invest to live. Learn how, one triumph at a time. The tagline of TD Ameritrade’s newly launched original web series, The Invested Life, introduces viewers to the theme of this innovative program: providing people the knowledge and confidence to enter the often intimidating world of investing. The program, sponsored by TD Ameritrade and developed by OgilvyEntertainment, Generate and MSN, is an unscripted reality web-series which pairs investors across all life stages with independent financial coaches in order to give them the education and guidance they need to take control of their financial future. The series is featured as a tab on MSN Money, and will roll out three ‘seasons’ over the course of the next nine months. Unlike many web series produced today, The Invested Life will run on a flighted schedule similar to that of a traditional television program, allowing viewers to become fans and active members of The Invested Life community.

This week “The Social Network” debuts on the big screen while a new series from Yahoo! and Electus takes to the web to promote State Farm.
